I went for an awesome run. I didn’t have much of a problem today either. I was just really tired so I cut it a couple minutes short, which is also okay, because I did a lot more running than walking compared to usual. And it was also all at a faster speed that I couldn’t do a couple days ago. And it was after a weekend of eating too! :) Burned over 200 calories :) And I am also excited to say that I added crunches finally, I’ve been wanting to do that because I love crunches so much.
Only problem is my thigh muscle hurts. Like badly. It feels like someone tried ripping my leg out of my socket. Is this normal D:
Oh and I ate pretty well today. YAY ME! Except now I need to stop running and study for exams. You know, so I don’t fail like last semester? :)
